With a professional background in psychiatric nursing and behavioral health management and through the unique lens of personal experience as a parent and caregiver to a disabled child (and now grown adult), I am here to help you navigate the many challenges and personal struggles that come along with being responsible for such extraordinary care. Brain health and neurodiversity coaching provided to individuals and families by a certified neuroscience and neurodiversity coach, a retired psychiatric registered nurse, a former early childhood behaviorist for the government-funded Early Head Start program, and a current PhD student in human development. Brain Health Coaching is for anyone who wants optimal brain health and cognitive functioning for peak performance for work, school, or life, as well as for those noticing some cognitive decline with the natural process of aging and who want to reverse the decline and prevent future brain health issues with the use of neurplasticity concepts, brain-body nutrition, brain-boosting supplements, and cognitive-enhancing exercies. The Neuroodiversity Coaching program is for adults and teens struggling at home, work, or school, facing challenges related to adapting their neurodivergent brain to a neurotypical world, such as issues related to executive functioning, communication, learning differences, emotional dysregulation, sensory sensitivities, relationship conflicts, task initiation, focus/concentration, and self-organization challenges.. Many of these symptoms may be seen with ADHD, Autism, dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, dyspraxia, Tourette's syndrome, mood and anxiety disorders, trauma-acquired neurodivergence, and more. These cognitive differences can lead to struggles at home, work, and school, affecting confidence, self-esteem, self-worth, relationships, mental and physical well-being, perceived quality of life, work history, school/job performance, family dynamics, and more. However, there are also many strengths to having a neurodivergent mind. Through strength-based Neurodiversity Coaching, together we can identify those superpowers and unleash the potention of your differently wired brain so you can not only survive but thrive.

Fitness, Nutrition, & Mindful Eating Coaching delivered by Certified Nutrition Coach (Precision Nutrition - PN 2) and Certified Mindful Eating Coach (Yoga Renew - CME). With training and certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a personal trainer (NASM-CPT), corrective exercise specialist (NASM-CES), and trained pre- & postnatal fitness specialist (Dancing for Birth and Yoga Renew), I can design fitness and nutrition programs specifically for pre/postnatal women/parents to feel strong, beautiful, capable, and prepared for the demands placed on the body from the rigors of pregnancy, childbirth, and early parenting, as well as rehabilitation and recovery during the postpartum period under the recommendations of the American Council of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ACOG) to ensure proper nutrition before, during, and after pregnancy.
And for those beyond the perinatal and early parenting stage of life, I can also create and coach you through customized fitness programs and nutrition plans that can break through the brain fog and weight-loss plateaus or midlife mental health and metabolic issues so you can get back to feeling and looking your best.
As a certified mindfulness professional certificed in meditation, prenatal yoga, and mindful eating as well as a licensed Zumba instructor, I believe in incorporating somatic practices for mind-body wellness through music, dance, and mindful movement for restorative health and healing in mind, body, and spirit. Based on your unique interests, preferences, gifts, and needs, we will develop a fitness and nutrition program that is not only sustainable but also enjoyable, encouraging wellness for years to come.
